DTF Powder Application
Printing the Design: The process begins with printing the desired design onto a special DTF film using a compatible printer and DTF inks. The design is typically printed in reverse to ensure the correct orientation upon transfer.
Applying DTF White Powder: After printing the design on the DTF film, DTF white powder is evenly applied over the entire printed area. The white powder acts as an adhesive that helps bond the design to the substrate during the transfer process.
Shaking Off Excess Powder: Excess DTF white powder is gently shaken off the film to remove any surplus powder that is not adhered to the printed design. This step is essential to ensure that only the necessary amount of adhesive powder remains on the design for effective bonding.
